History
- Formed July 2003 in Kirkland, WA
- SecuraCorp, in partnership with EKU Justice and Safety Center, and the University of Lincoln, U.K., completed three contracts for the U. S. Department of Homeland Security developing video analytics which detect video anomalies using an embedded Video Processing Unit (VPU).
- We continue to improve our video analytic and management software, and are currently looking for investment to take advantage of our development.
What We Do: Video Analytics & Management
ABORGuard™ Software:
SecuraCorp brings to market several new software technologies crucial to the intelligent video security field. In particular:
- Self-learning Unusual Behavior Detection
- ABORGuard™ software identifies and tracks multiple objects in the field of view, separating these foreground objects from a noisy background;
- ABORGuard™ autonomously (without human input) learns what usual behavior is, and identifies unusual behavior;
- User Defined Rules
- Users can specify rules for generating alerts. User's can draw tripwires or convex polygons and specify the sorts of alerts they wish to receive for the shape.
- ABORGuard™ can identify abandoned/removed objects
- Embedded Platform or Regular PC
- User Interface:
- View multiple cameras, both local and remote, in real time in user-selectable video display configurations.
- Pan-Tilt-Zoom control of cameras with a simple click or mouse-wheel
- Configure cameras and VPUs
- Identify cameras using UPnP. Adding a camera can be as easy as plugging it in, finding it, and accepting default settings.
- Handoff and retrieve cameras from remote operators

- View alerts generated by ABORGuard™
- Store video and view stored video

Hardware:
SecuraCorp markets hardware components from leaders in the computer and security field. Hardware is sold both individually and in software bundles. Discounts are available for volume orders.
- Axis: IP-based cameras and accessories.
- Netgear: Consumer and commercial routers and switches. SecuraCorp is a Powershift Program Member.
- Other Video Surveillance Hardware: Products from most camera and access-control vendors available on request.
